Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs will be calculated per item during the checkout process or you may estimate shipping costs from the cart before checkout. Shipping cost is calculated on a "per item" or "per pound" basis. We are currently shipping with FedEx Ground and Home Delivery If you select Ground, you need to be located at a commercial location.

Returns & Replacements
We make it simple to return an item to Vivid Ligting. We accept returns on all the items in our store as long as it is shipped back to us within 10 days from receipt. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories. Include a copy of the original invoice for the order, and indicate your reason for the return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A re-stock fee may be charged if the packaging is received in a condition that requires replacement..
Viewing Orders
To view your order, simply log in to your account via the "log in" link located in the upper right hand corner of our online store (if already logged in, select "My Account". Once logged in, you can find the link to your order on the left hand side of the page.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information, simply log in to your account via the "log in" link located in the upper right hand corner of our online store (if already logged in, select "My Account"). Once logged in, you can update your billing address, shipping address and account login information via the menu located on the left hand side of the page.
